Good service and delivery. Only observation is the two nets of kindling had reduced in size from earlier in the year, to less than half earlier size. Would question on the value of the offer now
Ordered 25 net on a promotional email. Unfortunately didn’t put the code on the order to get two free nets. Felt a bit annoyed as I am a returning customer and have used Bristol firewood for several years. When I complained was promised I would get two nets on next delivery in area. Still waiting.
The 25 nets of Kiln Dried Logs were easily ordered on line and delivered on a day of my choice. The logs arrive in nets that are easy to transport to the storage area and are a suitable size for the smaller wood burners. A loyalty scheme offered by Bristol Firewood allows some discount on future orders. The delivery Drivers are helpful and friendly. Bristol Firewood have always had logs in stock unlike some other local providers.
