1. When placing your order online, you will be prompted to select a delivery date and time slot. Once your order is placed you will immediately receive an email notification confirming your booking.
2. Our drivers will make delivery to you on the day and time that you selected at checkout. If for any reason we cannot deliver during your selected time slot, we will be in contact to arrange an alternative day and/or time. Currently we offer weekday delivery between 9.30 AM – 1.00 PM and 2 PM – 7 PM or on Saturday from 9.30 AM – 5 PM. Delivery bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and you can see what is still available during the checkout step.
3. We will unload the firewood from the van and stack it in a place that you find convenient. We cannot offer stacking for orders of crates as this is a heavy item and is delivered by our trusted partners who will position the crate close to your property.

Nets: Delivered by our company drivers using a medium sized van. We will unload and stack the logs and can accommodate almost any request or delivery situation.
Crates: Delivered by a Bristol based third party service using a heavy goods vehicle and tail lift. It is important that you have proper access for a large sized vehicle and that you have a relatively flat surface for delivery (no gravel, cobbles, steep gradients, kerbs or large lips or edges). If you are unsure, we would recommend that order nets as these are delivered by our company and we can accommodate almost any delivery situation. If you have any questions, please call the office and we will advise.
Customers outside of the Bristol and Bath area might be interested in learning about our national delivery service. You can order delivery of kiln dried logs by visiting Firewood Centre and selecting your delivery date. National orders are made by a third party pallet distributor and can be delivered almost anywhere in the United Kingdom.
