Type of wood

We found these latest logs require a lot more air to burn than those we have had previously. Consequently they burn through more quickly, and will not last as long as we hoped.

Great delivery guy

I haven't burnt any of the logs yet so I can't comment but the chap who delivered them was great and very helpful.

Not as good as previously

Whilst I appreciate prices have increased, the size and weight of wood in the bags has decreased and the wood does not burn as long. Disappointing.

Disappointing Re order

Usually the logs we receive are perfect, but this delivery hasn't hit the mark. The logs are cut smaller than normal and the bags seemed smaller than normal too! Can't fault the delivery method and driver, just disappointed with the quality and size this time, making it impossible to do a price comparison from the last lot!
