Quality ids good and a reasonable amount of wood in each bag. THe kindling itself is slightly too short in length for our woodburner

Hi Kelly, l have always been very satisfied with the service offered by Bristol firewood and the quality of your product. You will recall that on this occasion having ordered 50 netsof logs and 5 nets of kindling only 48 nets and 3 nets of kindling were delivered. I reported the shortfall and you quickly delivered the 2 additional nets of logs but only one additional net of Kindling so l remain just 1 bag of kindling short of my order.
Don't worry now but if you could let me have an extra bag of kindling with my next order that will be fine. Otherwise -all good thanks.

I've got used to amazing service from Bristol Firewood so thought it was time to tell people.Easy to order online, good choice of logs and kindling, great customer service..
I put in an order YESTERDAY for kiln dried firewood and was able to choose a time slot for TODAY, for 9 till 1pm . A very cheery young man arrived in good time. and stacked the bags of wood very neatly and safely in my garage, which was a bit tricky as the garage a bit crowded. But this is how it always works. You do not have to be in if you can leave your garage door unlocked. The wood is always bone dry, no damp stuff, and is put in the kind of bags I , an older person, can pick up to move into the house to decant into baskets . I also have bought kindling, and again this is good dry stuff and all these products are fairly priced. and best of all , i know the wood will always burn well . Check them out, you can't do any better than this company if you live in or around Bristol /Bath area.
